About the Opportunity

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a shopping mall. The role involves working closely with tenants, contractors and service providers to maintain smooth and efficient mall operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain responsive communication with tenants.
• Conduct regular building inspections and follow up on identified issues.
• Implement mall operating procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Handle and follow up on tenant complaints.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers and tenants on operational matters.
• Monitor common areas and tenant compliance with operating procedures.
• Coordinate tenant delivery schedules and loading bay activities.
• Support waste reduction and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure operations comply with quality, safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Ensure customer and tenant information is handled according to PDPA requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work effectively with tenants, contractors, service providers and internal teams.
