Full Time Business Analyst 1 Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,400 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and maintain monthly KPI data, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), resilience, monthly expenditure, and revenue.
• Validate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across multiple reporting sources and systems.
• Identify data discrepancies, reporting gaps, and inconsistencies, and coordinate with FOMs and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, dashboards, and summaries to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate reporting files, documentation, and standardized reporting procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, improve data quality, and automate recurring reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Systems, and other cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor monthly reporting schedules, follow up on outstanding issues, and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Support ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines.
• Proactive in identifying issues, following up on outstanding matters, and recommending process improvements.
• Willingness to learn new systems, reporting tools, and operational processes.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
