Due to the continued growth and expansion of our school, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Principal to join our leadership team.
Possess a Diploma qualification in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an educational leadership or principal role.

Demonstrated experience in effective staff management and team leadership within an educational setting.

Proficiency in school administration, including curriculum development, student affairs, and operational management.

Strong skills in parent communication and engagement, fostering positive relationships between the school and families.

Excellent command of both English and Mandarin, enabling clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to contribute to the strategic direction and continues growth and expansion of an established educational institution.

Experience in creating and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment for students and staff.

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the educational programs and overall operations of the school, aligning with the company's vision and mission.

Oversee and manage all aspects of school administration, including admissions, enrollment, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient and effective functioning.

Lead, mentor, and manage teaching staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and conducting regular performance evaluations and professional development.

Develop and implement innovative curriculum and pedagogical approaches to enhance student learning outcomes and ensure academic excellence.

Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and the wider community, facilitating open communication and engagement regarding student progress and school initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards, maintaining high standards of safety, welfare, and discipline within the school.

Represent the school in external forums and build partnerships with other educational institutions and stakeholders.
