Full Time QC Leader Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Linktel Technologies Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the QC team and overseeing inspection activities to ensure products meet company and customer quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise QC inspectors in daily inspection activities
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Ensure inspection results are accurately recorded and quality reports are properly maintained
• Monitor product quality and identify, investigate, and report non-conforming products
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues
• Ensure QC activities comply with company quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements
• Monitor QC team performance and ensure inspection activities are completed according to schedule
• Provide guidance and training to QC inspectors on inspection methods and quality procedures
• Support corrective and preventive actions for recurring quality issues
• Ensure proper handling and control of inspection records and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / SPM or equivalent
• 2–3 years of QC/QA experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in supervising or leading a QC team is an advantage
• Good knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control practices
• Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and basic computer skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Possess own transport

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
