Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible in driving the business growth by combining market research, promotional campaigns, and direct sales efforts to attract clients and increase.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Campaigns: Design and execute online and offline marketing plans, promotional events, and advertising campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Market Research: Analyze competitor behavior, industry trends, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Prospect new clients via networking, cold outreach, and industry events to build a steady sales pipeline.
• Sales Execution: Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales, marketing, or hybrid commercial role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and digital marketing or analytics tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active negotiation abilities, and independent problem-solving skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
