Minda Counselling MY is a mental health clinic that provides counselling therapy and psychological assessments to those in need. Our mission is to do what we can to support the general public. We also work and collaborate with FRINGE Outreach International Society, a Canadian-based, charity-forward initiative that mobilises to impact the underprivileged of Malaysia.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Clinical Counsellor at Clayton Heights Holdings Sdn Bhd, operating as Minda Counselling MY. The role is located in Semenyih, Selangor, and offers the opportunity for some remote work.

The Associate Clinical Counsellor will be responsible for case management, therapy intervention, peer consultation, social media management, etc. The successful candidate will be trained to be part of a developing team, honing skills that will help them excel professionally and personally. This non-conventional work environment primarily centers around building a family instead of just a team. The aim is to foster cohesion and belonging. Qualifications

• Case Management
• Counselling Skills
• Psychology and Mental Health knowledge
• Experience in different demographics with therapy (ie. youth, family, individual, children etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Authenticity and Integrity is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Ability to balance between adapting and structuring
• Willing to learn and be mentored
• Master's degree in Counseling
• Professional certification in counseling or a related field is a plus
• Fluent in at least 2 spoken languages in Malaysia, with English being one of them
• Social Media Curation and some Video Editing Experience are preferred
• Operating a personal vehicle is a plus
• Any volunteering experience or history is a plus
