Full Time HSE Engineer Jobs, in Airswift Johor - Maukerja

This opportunity focuses on establishing, managing, and maintaining project HSSE management systems within offshore oil and gas construction environments. The role supports construction, commissioning, and operational readiness activities while ensuring alignment with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, regulatory requirements, and project safety plans. This position offers broad exposure to HSSE performance monitoring, incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety leadership across complex marine and T&I work scopes.

Required Education

• Degree in Health, Safety & Environment, Engineering, Science, or another related technical specialisation recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency
  
  

Required Experience

• Minimum five years of overall experience in construction of offshore oil and gas facilities
• Experience supporting HSSE activities across construction, commissioning, and operational readiness
• Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
• Experience preparing reports, KPIs, safety statistics, and project HSSE documentation
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Ability to establish, implement, and monitor HSSE management systems, procedures, and project safety plans
• Knowledge of risk assessment, hazard control, and HSE monitoring tools
• Ability to ensure compliance with HSSE regulations, company standards, and project requirements
• Capability to conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety awareness programmes
• Understanding of marine and technical scope related to transportation and installation work
• Ability to manage professional relationships across project teams, contractors, and offshore facility management
• Strong analytical, communication, and meeting coordination skills
• Good understanding of business development, contract management, logistics, and procurement requirements
  
  

Required Certifications

• Registered with the Board of Engineers or a recognised international institution as a member
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• FPSO experience
• Internal Auditor certifications
• Professional HSE certification such as SHO or CHRA Assessor
