Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Lead, supervise and motivate production operators to achieve daily production targets and performance objectives.
• Monitor production output, productivity, quality and manpower utilisation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure production activities are carried out according to established procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Identify production issues, investigate root causes and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, shift handover reports, manpower records and other operational documentation.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and other relevant departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime and minimise production losses.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and effective shift management to meet production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe manufacturing environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor, electronics or other manufacturing industries.
• Previous experience in production supervision, team leadership or manpower coordination will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on a rotating 4-3-3-4 shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
