Job Description :

• Prepare and submit e-Invoices.
• Record invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Verify supplier invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Monitor vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Review vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end audits and preparation of financial documents.
• Monitor and reconcile staff and vendor advances and claims.
• Assist in stock take activities and maintain inventory records.
• Process bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.

Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of e-Invoicing and Malaysian tax requirements is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
