Full Time Registered Nurse Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Pure Heart Care Centre Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Registered nurse with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

Previous experience in a nursing home, elderly care, rehabilitation or hospital setting is preferred.

Responsible, compassionate and patient when caring for older adults.

Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work in Penang and have reliable transport.

Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health conditions.

Administer medications safely and maintain accurate medication records.

Monitor vital signs and identify changes in residents’ conditions.

Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, physiotherapists and family members.

Maintain nursing documentation, care plan

Supervise and guide caregivers in daily resident care.
