Have at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a senior role

Be customer service-oriented and able to attract potential customers

Be able to work retail hours (shifts, weekends, and public holidays)

Be willing to work at Naelofar IOI City Mall

Work to achieve monthly store targets

Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully stocked

Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Maintain good store condition and visual merchandising standards

Be able to understand customers’ wants and needs

Keep up to date with product information

Accurately describe product features and benefits

Manage point-of-sale (POS) processes

Be actively involved in receiving new shipments

Follow all company policies and procedures

Train new employees on sales and visual merchandising standards
