Full Time Shift Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Renesas Semiconductor (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Only candidates with a Degree qualification will be considered.

At least 1–3 years of working experience as a Production Supervisor in the semiconductor industry.

Willing and able to work in shifts.

Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.

Follow 5S practices, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.

Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
