Full Time Production Engineering Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in DCM Packaging Selangor - Maukerja

• Cert/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.

• 2years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• Strong coordination and communication skills; able to work across production, QA, and supply chain teams.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and maintenance tracking tools.

• Experience handling ISO 9001 documentation is an added advantage.

1) Maintenance Planning & Improvement

• Monitor equipment, minimize downtime, drive improvements, and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on schedule.

2) Machine Setup & Changeover

• Perform machine job setup during production line or machine changeovers.

3) Daily Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate daily with internal teams (Supply Chain, Technical, Production, QA) on operations, repairs, and quality documentation(ISO requirement).

4) Documentation & Training

• Maintain updated manuals, ensure Technical members are trained, and keep maintenance documentation current with QA.

5) Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare reports, analyze data, and track maintenance metrics to recommend operational improvements.
