Full Time QC Inspector Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in AKT Components Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Prefer 1-2 year in related industry.

Have some work experience in Manufacturing environment.

Prefer SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. (relevant experience will be an added advantage)

Experience in operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is an advantage.

- Candidates are required to work on a shift schedule.

- To monitor the quality of product.

- To inspect the quality of product as per the requirement specification.

- To inspect by operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

- To perform Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection and Final Outgoing Quality Inspection of products as per specification.

- To make recommendation on approval and disapproval of inspection results.

- To carry out product inspection and handle inspection rejection.

Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.

- Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.

- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.

- Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications
