Full Time Program Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Adval Tech (M) Johor - Maukerja

What you'll be doing

• Involve in the design, testing, and other issues pertaining to customer's product quality requirement and delivery are met during early stage of a program until parts are approved
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct research, analyse data, and provide recommendations to enhance existing processes and technologies with guidance
• Participate in the development and documentation of engineering procedures and best practices
• Support the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards with support from superior
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field with 1-2 years relevant working experience. Kindly advise your current and expected salary (compulsory)
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as CAD, simulation tools, and data analysis tools will be an added advantages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
