Full Time Management Trainee Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Parkson Credit Johor - Maukerja

• May be required to work in one or more than one key departments (e.g., Marketing/Business Development, Credit Processing, Settlement Processing, etc.) to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute day-to-day business tasks, resolve operational bottlenecks, and drive business goals.
• Participate in company training workshops, mentorship initiatives, and development programs to drive compliance, enhance process efficiency, and boost team engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of full-time work experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
