Full Time Purchaser (Purchasing Assistant) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in SHIN YANG TRADING SDN BHD Sarawak - Maukerja

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, acceptable quality, and timely delivery.
• Requests for quotation (RFQ), and prepare purchase orders (PO) accurately and on time.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding items to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including supplier contracts, price lists, delivery orders, and supporting documents for accounts payable.
• Support the purchasing team in daily procurement operations and ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
