Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Post Basic in Midwifery or related field.
- Relevant experience in O&G nursing, including Labour Room and Maternity Ward.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the Labour Room, Maternity Ward, and Special Care Nursery (SCN).
- Lead, supervise, and develop the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient safety requirements.
- Monitor staff performance, manpower planning, and departmental training.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation, infection control, and readiness for audits.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
