Role Description The Rooms Division Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor, Malaysia.

This position supports the daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments, ensuring room allocation, check-in and check-out processes, and room status updates are accurate and timely. The coordinator assists with guest requests, handles reservations and room assignments, and works closely with other hotel teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. The role includes monitoring occupancy and inventory, preparing basic reports, updating systems, and supporting communication between departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. The Rooms Division Coordinator is expected to maintain professional conduct, follow hotel policies, and support continuous improvement in operational efficiency and guest experience.
