Full Time Maintenance Technician Lead Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Allied Precision Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

• Maintain and repair metal stamping machines and production equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Attend to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Perform machine inspection and basic equipment adjustment.
• Assist with stamping die maintenance and machine setup.
• Carry out basic welding, fabrication, and repair work when required.
• Record maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure machines and equipment are maintained in safe working condition.
• Follow company safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement :

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in metal stamping or manufacturing.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians is preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work overtime or shifts when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
