Are you passionate about supplier quality, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to drive supplier quality performance and ensure high-quality materials are delivered to support production and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on technical, quality, and manufacturing capabilities.

Provide technical support for new supplier and component introductions.

Develop and maintain incoming inspection procedures and train inspectors accordingly.

Generate test protocols, monitor qualification testing, and approve components for production use.

Analyze incoming material defects and drive supplier corrective actions to improve quality performance.

Collaborate with Design Engineering on component selection, quality assessment, and reliability analysis.

Investigate supplier-related field failures and develop corrective and preventive action plans.

Review design specifications and provide recommendations from quality and manufacturability perspectives.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and product quality.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline.

Experience in supplier quality management, quality engineering, manufacturing, or related field.

Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of quality tools, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
