Full Time Mold Setter (Plastic Injection Molding) Jobs, in MeHow Medical (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Responsible to install and remove injection molds according to production schedules and instructions.
• Responsible to perform mold changes and setup activities safely and efficiently.
• Responsible to ensure proper alignment and clamping of molds.
• Responsible to conduct start-up checks, including water lines, hydraulic connections, and hot runner controller hookups.
• Responsible to verify and follow up the completion of plastic injection mold setup. (Up & Down Mold)
• Responsible to document mold setups and posting working hours during mold change.
• Performed daily 7s activity / safe working environment and maintain high standard.
• Report problems or concerns with Molds to superior.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience with Molding or related field.
• Understand of 7S Management, QMS, ISO 13485 procedures and requirements.
• Ability to analyze problem.
• Willing to run shift & support OT
