As Deputy Director, Planning, Strategy & Insights, you will lead e2i's strategy formulation, corporate planning, organisational performance, research and insights functions. You will drive the development and execution of organisation-wide strategies, oversee strategic planning and performance frameworks, and translate organisational priorities andevidence-based insights into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Working closely with senior management, government agencies and key stakeholders, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, provide strategic counsel on complex and emerging issues, and guide teams in advancing e2i's employment and employability.
Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
13 years of relevant experience
in strategy, corporate planning, policy development, management consulting, organisational performance management, research and/or analytics.
driving organisational strategy, corporate planning andenterprise-wide initiatives
in a complex and dynamic environment.
engage, influence and build consensus
among senior leaders, government agencies and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations and management insights.
