Internal Audit Internship Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in Marrybrown Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing outlet sales transactions, cash management, refunds, discounts and financial records.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock records and variance analysis.
• Review food costs, wastage, purchasing and stock movement.
• Monitor compliance with company SOPs, operational policies and internal control procedures.
• Assist in identifying financial discrepancies, potential fraud and operational risks.
• Monitor CCTV footage and report any unusual activities or irregularities to the Operations Team.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Perform data analysis and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Internal Audit or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, PivotTables and lookup formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Able to work independently and meet audit deadlines.
