Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Qnnect (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Description

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to achieve production output, cycle time, yield, quality, efficiency, and productivity targets.
• Plan and manage manpower allocation, shift arrangements, and production resources to ensure smooth operations and achievement of daily production schedules.
• Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Work closely with Planning, Engineering, QA, Store, and other supporting departments to resolve production issues and ensure production continuity.
• Ensure production machines, equipment, and tools are properly utilized and coordinate with Engineering for timely maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and quality requirements.
• Maintain workplace discipline, housekeeping, and 5S standards across assigned production areas.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, training, and skill development to maintain a competent and productive workforce.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of production reports, system transactions, material movement records, and related documentation.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills in managing production teams and achieving operational objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business and operational needs.

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with proven experience in a production supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to independently supervise production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of production planning, manpower allocation, material flow, machine operations, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to monitor production performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Familiar with production KPIs, including output, cycle time, yield, efficiency, productivity, and downtime.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety, 5S, quality standards, and manufacturing discipline.
• Strong communication, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively to production challenges.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and production reporting systems.
• Willing and able to work on rotating shifts, including overtime when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
