Job description:

Location: Johor Bahru (Town Area)
Job Type: Contract
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour shift)
Work Location: On-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, including electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and landscaping works.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with the agreed scope of work.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure the building operates efficiently.
• Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance (weekly and monthly).
• Update maintenance records, service requests, activities and equipment inventory in the system.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with PW2/PW4 or SKM Level 2/3.
• Diploma holders in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical fields are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technician or Electrician.
• Facilities maintenance experience is an added advantage.
• Able to work a 12-hour shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
