Full Time Campus Security Manager Jobs, in Delta Force Security Services & Consultancy Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage physical security operations across multiple critical infrastructure facilities.
• Lead, recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop site security personnel.
• Drive safety programmes targeting zero workplace injuries.
• Plan, assign, and manage security projects and tasks to completion.
• Coach security employees and carry out disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
• Evaluate security operations and recommend improvements.
• Monitor site performance and KPIs, working with the Regional Security Manager to improve effectiveness.
• Meet with clients and corporate management for account reviews, issue resolution, security planning, assessments, and surveys.
• Conduct unannounced audits and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee assigned sites, lead teams, and coach employees for success.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the security industry.
• At least 4 years of management experience.
• Associate degree in Security Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Hold or be able to obtain a valid driver's licence or equivalent.
• Have the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
• Hold or be able to obtain a current passport.
• Able to travel approximately 10% of the time or more, domestically or internationally, sometimes at short notice.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, or overtime when required, including during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident management, and video surveillance systems.
• Security certifications such as CPP or PSP are preferred.
• Datacenter experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of 24-hour security operations and staff management.

Location: Johor Bahru

Annual Salary: RM300,000 and above

Bonus: Annual bonus
