Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health with certified Yellow Book or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a safety supervision role.

Knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards.

Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct training and toolbox talks effectively.

Proficiency in maintaining safety documentation.

Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.

Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain safety records and documentation.

Promote a strong safety culture throughout the site.
