Role Description This is a part-time/full time Financial Advisor role based in Muar, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be performed from home. The Financial Advisor will provide takaful-based financial advisory & sales services to individual and family clients, helping them understand and plan for protection, savings, retirement, and investment-related needs in line with Shariah principles. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, assessing their financial goals, recommending suitable PruBSN products, preparing proposals, and following up on applications and policy servicing. The role also involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting basic financial reviews, and participating in outreach activities and sales campaigns. Financial Advisors are expected to stay updated on product features, regulatory guidelines, and market trends, while working closely with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.

• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to assess client needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to explain financial concepts and support long-term wealth and protection strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Advisory to deliver professional, ethical, and customer-focused guidance.
• Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Candidates should have sales and customer service orientation, with the ability to work towards targets and manage multiple client engagements.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-person and remote activities.
• A SPM, diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is beneficial; relevant industry certifications and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English are an advantage.
