Full Time CNC Machinist Jobs, in SHIVZ Solution Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Roles and Responsibility 

• Operate CNC milling machines, Fastems systems and deburring stations in accordance with SOPs,
• Perform scheduled maintenance and calibration of equipment, gauges and torque wrenches.
• Inspect and maintain jigs and fixtures; report any signs of wear, damage or breakage.
• Perform Machine Autonomous Maintenance, including checking and replenishing coolant pH/concentration, hydraulic oil and spindle oil.
• Perform machine tool changes as required.
• Load and unload parts at the Milling/Fastems station according to work instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections and in-process buyoffs during part loading and unloading.
• Access and review part drawings and CMM reports as required.
• Ensure parts are transferred according to the correct process flow.
• Perform 6S activities and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform equipment buyoff and clear chip tanks as required.
• Carry out equipment buyoff and scheduled maintenance according to established checklists.
• Set up and handle equipment and parts in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in D365, including part confirmation.
