Full Time Store Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 + commission in Megan Retail Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of retail sales experience

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.

Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Good leadership and team management abilities.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shift schedules.

Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and customer-oriented mindset.

Supervise and lead retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Ensure excellent customer service standards and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and after-sales inquiries.

Monitor daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.

Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.

Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to company guidelines.

Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and stock counts.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Maintain store cleanliness, security, and visual merchandising standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Support management in implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
