• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with our client base.

• Proven experience in consultative selling, with the ability to identify customer needs and close high-ticket deals.

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and build long-term trust.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and driven to consistently achieve sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in renewable energy or high-ticket B2C technical sales is a strong advantage.

• Cross-Functional Ownership: Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth post-sale project progression.

• Milestone Management: Follow up on project payment milestones (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, and 30% post-completion).
