Full Time Senior PCIe Compliance Validation Engineer Jobs, in ThunderSoft Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

6+ years of hands-on PCIe/high-speed interface validation experience, with strong PCIe Gen5/Gen6 compliance exposure, practical operation of high-bandwidth oscilloscopes and BERT systems, experience setting up and bringing up PCIe platforms, and proven ability to debug link training, enumeration, speed/lane degradation and electrical compliance failures. The candidate should understand PCIe TX/RX/Refclk, equalization, BER, jitter and signal integrity, with Gen6 PAM4/FEC knowledge as a key advantage. Basic Python/PowerShell/Bash automation and experience supporting PCIe retimers/switches and interoperability testing would further strengthen the profile.
