Full Time QC Inspector Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in Kobay Technology Berhad Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret part drawings, including cosmetic requirements and dimensional tolerances
• Use various measurement tools such as callipers, angle protractors, pin gauges, height gauges, and micrometers
• Identify defects in sheet metal components including scratches, dents, misalignment, and incorrect dimensions
• Record inspection results and issue NCRs when products fail to meet specifications
• Perform incoming and in-process inspections of sheet metal components according to drawings and standards
• Verify product compliance with cosmetic and dimensional requirements
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain traceability for audits and customer requirements
• Support the QA/QC team in ensuring on-time delivery without quality issues

Requirements:

• Minimum: SPM / SKM (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent vocational qualification in Metal Fabrication / Manufacturing Technology
• Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance
• 1-3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, dimensional inspection, or QA/QC in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of QA/QC workflows including defect segregation, rework, and buy-off inspection.
• Have knowledge and practical experience in welding, with relevant welding certifications.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
