Full Time Assistant Manager – F-B Operations (Hospital) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Irkaz Travel & Tours Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Oversee daily hospital catering operations and meal service.
• Coordinate kitchen and catering staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety and Halal compliance.
• Monitor food cost, wastage and inventory.
• Manage staff scheduling and daily task allocation.
• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Operations Manager in maintaining service standards and SOP compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience in Food & Beverages; hospital experience is an advantage
• Food Service / Food Technology qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene & halal regulations
• HACCP certification is an advantage
• Strong operational & financial awareness, including cost control & wastage management
• Strong leadership, organisational & problem-solving skills
• Must have own vehicle

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
