Full Time Regional Operations Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Event Works Johor - Maukerja

Candidate Requirements:

• SPM or above

• Fresh/secondary school leavers with good attitude are welcome

• FMCG/promoter recruitment experience is an advantage

• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills

• Own car and willing to travel within the Southern Region

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to lead and manage a team

We are expanding! The company is looking for experienced, energetic and motivated candidates for the following new positions:

1. REGIONAL SUPERVISOR – SOUTHERN REGION

Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,500/month

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

6 working days per week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to Central Operation Manager

• Recruit and manage promoters

• Supervise promoters for in-store & roadshow projects

• Liaise with retailers for activation approval

• Handle daily operation according to company SOP

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution

• Monitor and check promoters’ sales report submission
