Full Time Service Technician Jobs, in Essem Corporation Sarawak - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Shall report to operations manager/regional operation lead and service engineers.
• To maintain all workshop tools and equipment in clean, functional and ready state as well as ensure workshop housekeeping.
• To ensure all tools and consumables preparation for Turnaround (TA) jobs.
• Assist in providing needed information for engineers to produce reports.
• Install, repair and maintain mechanical/electrical/instrumentation equipment at site.
• Perform equipment (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation) upgrading and troubleshooting.
• To assist region operation lead/ managers to compile and verify workshop Timesheet after job completion.
• To assist with purchases for Matco Services and Workshop when required.
• To assist in coordinating and supervising workshop manpower for workshop and service activities.
• Support all incoming and outgoing material (Inventory or project).
• Responsible for assisting the Material/Logistic team to monitor company related item, incoming and outgoing items from workshop.
• Work in a safe manner and observe all safety rules.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to comply with all legal/company HSE requirements and actively participate in all HSE-related activities / programs / campaigns organized by the company.
• Continuous improvement processed and suggested enhancements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other tasks assigned by regional lead or operations manager

Qualifications

• Knowledge on actuated ball valve / mechanical valve, Control Panel assembly and function.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Email for proper documentation and etc.
• 2-3 years of equivalent responsibilities or jobs from previous employment preferred.
• Prior experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of mechanical valves is an added advantage.
