Full Time Merchandiser - Beauty Industry Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Askheadhunter Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily storeroom operations, ensuring stock is properly arranged, organized, and maintained.
• Handle stock receiving, inspection, returns, labeling, shelving, and replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock records accurately match physical stock.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory checks.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation using the FIFO method.
• Ensure sufficient stock availability to support daily sales and product launches.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products, shelves, and displays are properly organized.
• Follow inventory control procedures, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with stock transfers and inventory checks at other outlets when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, inventory management, warehousing, or stock handling is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain accurate stock records.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, responsible, and committed to maintaining proper inventory control.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
