Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Studies/ Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent

Working Location: Wisma 99 Speed Mart, Taman Berkeley, Klang

Draft, review and manage tenancy agreements and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Prepare and maintain detailed records of contracts, proposals, and reports for business development.

Handle applications and renewals for business licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements, liaising with relevant authorities when needed.

Assist in preparing compliance reports, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Ensure the readiness and accuracy of all necessary documentation related to business development.

Maintain effective communication between internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and smooth workflows.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned from time to time.
