Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred.

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure effective site operations.

• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.

• Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions.

• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and other project-related documentation.

• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, technical issues, and work status.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, construction standards, and safety regulations
