Full Time Commercial Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in H A S Energy Industrial (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Possesses Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent to related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience or any similar role (Experience in Construction Field/M&E will be additional advantage).

Able to work independently with minimum supervision from tendering stage until end process.

Acquire excellent negotiation skills with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

Possess great interpersonal skills by working collaboratively with different departments and division.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Proficient computer skills and computer software; AutoCad, MS Words, MS Excel, MS Outlook to effectively manage project documentation and analysis.

Possess own transport for convenient travel to project sites and client meetings.

Work closely with project management team to ensure contract compliance, cost control and timely project delivery.

Analyse project costs and variances as well as provide recommendation for proper justification to ensure reasonable costing.

Prepare tender and quotation submissions, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotation, Bills of Quantities and other tender documents for tendering purposes.

Prepare project budgets, monitor costs and manage progress claims, variation orders (VO) and payments.

Coordinate supplier and subcontractor orders, monitor delivery and work progress and review claims.

Prepare commercial documents including Progress Claim, Pre & Post-Tendering reports.

Negotiating and administering contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors.

Source for new suppliers and contractors.

Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD/Manager from time to time.
