1 SCOPE OF WORK

1.1 Description of Development Work: Atlas Project (NPI/PDM/MDM)

1.2 Requirements and Criteria:

QUALITY REQUIREMENT

Things to watch out:

Direct and Indirect material selection and quantity usage calculation. (DM&IDM).

Create the BOM in AGILE system.

Create the routing with the flow given by the Packaging team/Test team.

Dummy travel card generation.

Closely follow up ECO and ECM closure within cycle time.

Meet build plan readiness without failure.

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by leader from time-to-time based on schedule and unscheduled activity.

Must have experience and knowledge of SAP, AGILE, CAMSTAR.

Support all MDM update activities.

PEOPLE SKILL REQUIREMENT

Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably in NPI/Product Data Management (PDM) and Material Master Data Management (MDM).

Good understanding of SAP transaction processing, master data governance, and integrated business processes.

Hands-on BOM creation in Agile & ECO management.

Excellent in Microsoft Excel (formula & VLOOKUP function, etc.) for BOM usage calculation.

Know how to read engineering drawings.

Proficient in standard business application software, tools & standard engineering methods (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

1.3 Deliverables:

Ensure NPI/Product Data Management and Material Master Data are created and maintained accurately and timely.

Track, document, coordinate, and validate defect resolution activities until closure.

Produce required documentation, status reports and process documentation.

Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and digitalization opportunities.

Support business readiness and operational stabilization.

1.4 Consultant’s Tasks and Responsibilities:

To deliver the above stated KPI with resources, supervision, quality and quantity.

1.5 SanDisk’s Responsibilities:

a) SDSM 1/day classroom & 2 days OJT, total 3 days.

b) SDSM to provide the below listed items:

Locker

Badge

Shoe cover provided

1.6 Consultant Resources (specific Consultant Personnel):

Consultant’s services shall be assigned by who will be designated as the Program Manager.

1.7 Assumptions and Dependencies:

Services and/or the development of work product to be performed: On-site at SanDisk’s facilities, off-site, or both at SanDisk’s facilities and off-site.
