Job Description :

• Lead, train, and supervise departmental staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and staff coaching.
• Plan work schedules and manpower allocation.
• Monitor departmental sales, margins, and profitability.
• Control operating costs, shrinkage, and wastage.
• Prepare and present departmental budgets and reports.
• Ensure stock availability, replenishment, and correct displays
• Apply FIFO/FEFO and proper stock rotation.
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure staff provide excellent service and product knowledge.
• Handle escalated complaints and issues.
• Drive customer engagement and membership programs.
• Oversee daily opening, running, and closing of the department.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and company standard
• Monitor productivity, stock flow, and customer queues.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
