Full Time HR MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Flexmetal Johor - Maukerja

• Organize and set up employee services to achieve high staff morale.
• Assist Line Managers on ad-hoc human resource problems as required.
• Ensure that the Company’s staffing requirements are met in a timely manner to ensure full operational capabilities are realized and legislative or regulatory requirements are satisfied. Keep track of all personnel requisition that is being raised for positions required. Responsible for all job advertisements (internal/external) as well as provide suggestions and recommendations on ways to promote better advertising.
• Source, identify and recommend suitable candidates to Line Managers.
• Develop, implement and monitor compensation and benefits program’s and packages to ensure the Company is able to attract, retain and motivate employees.
• Conduct compensation and benefit surveys with competitive companies to ensure that the Company has a competitive compensation and benefits package.
• Develop, implement and monitor training and development program’s to upgrade the skills of the staff to enhance the Company’s capabilities towards meeting its goals, objectives and future challenges.
• Provide consistent and equitable employee relations programs to ensure a healthy, fair and productive working climate. Build up a good rapport with government agencies so that the Company’s public-image can be enhanced.
• Work with MIS Department to review and develop a computerized human resource systems to ensure timely feedback to management on various parameters of people management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
