Restaurant Supervisor / Asst Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Floor Leadership: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow, high hygiene standards, and prompt guest seating and greeting.
• Team Supervision: Train, mentor, and schedule service staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests, ensuring every issue is resolved with professionalism and care.
• Operations & Inventory: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication, manage table reservations, and monitor stock levels for front-of-house supplies and beverages.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations, as well as company brand standards at all times.
• Administrative Support: Assist management with daily sales reporting, cash handling, and opening/closing checklists.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Asst Manager, or Manager in a bustling restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
• Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Calm under pressure and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
