Your Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver friendly and personalised service, helping customers discover outfits and styles that suit their preferences.
• Fashion & Styling Advice: Recommend clothing, accessories, and outfit combinations while staying updated on the latest fashion trends and collections.
• Sales Performance: Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement, product recommendations, and upselling.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is always clean, organised, and welcoming.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, merchandise arrangements, and incoming deliveries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily store operations and an enjoyable shopping experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, fashion sales, or customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering great customer service.
• Friendly, confident, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
