Kelayakan
- Experience working in precision engineering industries is highly preferred (or having a relevant engineering background).
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to communicate smoothly with our clients from China.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, able to handle fast-paced coordination and high responsibility.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare quotations based on customer specifications and technical requirements.
- Process customer orders and generate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Liaise closely with the production team to monitor order progress and ensure meet customer delivery dates.
- Assist in coordinating and supporting local and overseas exhibitions as needed.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
