Full Time QA-QC Engineer - Lead Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in MASCOT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Good understanding of WPS, PQR, WQT, and NDT requirements.
• Strong knowledge in ASME Sec VIII Div I, ASME Section IX and welding inspection requirements.
• Must possess at least CSWIP 3.0
• Experience in QA/QC documentation.
• Based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pressure vessel manufacturing and steel fabrication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor fabrication process, including cutting, forming, fit-up, welding and assembly.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and welding inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Ensure pressure vessel and steel fabrication activities comply with approved drawing, project specifications and applicable codes and standard.
• Conduct and verify WPS, PQR and WQT and welder qualification records.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and inspections records.
• Verify material test certificate and material traceability.

Support internal, client, and third-party audits when required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
