We are looking for a careful, responsible and hands-on Tint Installer to join our Miri team.

Whether you already have tint installation experience or are willing to learn from the beginning, we welcome candidates who take pride in workmanship, enjoy practical work and want to build a professional skill.

With training provided and commission calculated based on installation work completed, more jobs mean more earning opportunities.

Income & Rewards

Basic Salary + Commission: RM1,700 – RM3,000
Salary will be offered based on experience and skill level.

Installer commission is calculated based on completed installation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install automotive window tint professionally and carefully
• Perform building tint installation for site projects
• Ensure each installation meets company workmanship and quality standards
• Prepare glass surfaces and installation materials before work begins
• Inspect completed work for bubbles, dust, alignment and finishing quality
• Handle tint films, tools and equipment properly
• Assist with outdoor and on-site installation when required
• Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the installation area
• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and work instructions
• Report installation issues or defects to the supervisor when necessary

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in automotive or building tint installation is an advantage
• No experience is also welcome — training and coaching will be provided
• Willing to undergo approximately 3 months of training and skill development
• Careful and detail-oriented when performing installation work
• Willing to learn and improve technical skills
• Strong teamwork and positive working attitude
• Takes pride in workmanship quality
• Able to perform practical and hands-on work
• Willing to attend local site installation jobs when required
• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D and/or B2 driving licence
• Responsible, disciplined and able to follow work instructions
