Full Time Hair Therapist / Hair Consultant (Gurney Plaza) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in Komo Wellness (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum Diploma qualification is preferred, but candidates with other educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in hair treatment, scalp care, beauty, wellness, or customer service will have an advantage.

Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Interest in hair care, scalp treatments, beauty, and wellness services.

Friendly, patient, responsible, and customer-oriented.

Willing to learn new hair treatment techniques, products, and consultation procedures.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a retail or salon environment.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.

Provide professional hair and scalp consultations to customers based on their individual needs and concerns.

Perform hair and scalp treatments according to company procedures and service standards.

Assess customers' hair and scalp conditions and recommend suitable treatments or products.

Explain available hair care services, treatment packages, and product benefits to customers.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and customer satisfaction.

Assist customers with appointment scheduling, treatment enquiries, and aftercare advice.

Promote suitable hair treatment packages and products to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organisation of treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations.

Ensure all treatment equipment and products are properly maintained and handled safely.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.

Attend company training sessions to improve product knowledge, treatment techniques, and customer service skills.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Proactively seek new customers through online and offline channels.
